We released our first ever Windows application into the wild and I led the testing on it.

Here are some results and improvements that I suggested for the app.

I tested 5 users and administered a task analysis, which followed a journey of: home dashboard to watching a video.

During research presentations – I focused on discussing big, key problems and recommending solutions for them directly.
